HENRY T. OLAYEMI, FCS - Chairman

He is a graduate of Finance from University of Lagos and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He started his career with Messrs Milestone Investments and Services Limited in 1984 as Investment Executive.

He played a key role in most of the Capital Markets issues and participated actively in the last phase of the privatization and commercialization exercise under TCPC. He has attended many courses and workshops both locally and abroad. He joined Reward Investments and Services Limited in 1995 as the Managing Director and Chief Executive.

He has packaged successfully a number of issues, amongst which are DN Meyer Plc, Dumez Nigeria Plc, Hallmark Paper Products Plc, Cornerstone Insurance Plc to mention a few. Mr. Olayemi is the immediate past President and Chairman of Council of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

FRIDAY OMAYEBU - Director

Mr. Friday Omayebu is an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, LL.B(Hons) from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association. He joined Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Limited in November 2008. He began his working career with the firm of Ogunsanya & Ogunsanya. He also worked with HNB Trustees Limited and Wema Asset Management Limited respectively.

Mr. Omayebu has 17 years cognate experience in trusteeship and wealth management. He has administered several trust accounts. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Trustees.

ADENIJI TOKUNBO – Managing Director

Adeniji Tokunbo holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Lagos State University. He is a share registration expert with over fifteen year’s experience.

Prior to his employment in 2001, he had served at different top level positions at City Securities (Registrars) Limited.

Adeniji Tokunbo has attended several courses both locally and overseas. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars.

Oladunni Ismael holds HND in Accounting from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic. She started her accounting career with Great Nigeria Insurance Company Plc and left the company honourably in September, 2006. She joined Sterling Registrars Limited (now Pace Registrars Limited) in October, 2006 and she is presently Assistant General Manager, Finance & Admin. She has attended several courses both locally and internationally.

She is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).

SOMEFUN OLABODE, ACMR – Head, Dividend Management & Reconciliation

Somefun Bode holds HND in Accounting from the Yaba College of Technology. He is a Share Registration “Guru” and an accomplished banker with over fifteen years experience in Share Registration practice.

He worked with FCMB/City Securities Limited for eight years before joining the then NAL Registrars in year 2002. He has attended Senior Management courses both locally and internationally.

Somefun Bode is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
